🚚 Delivery Times

Fast Shipping:
Orders received on weekdays before 2:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day, provided that all items are in stock. For prepayment, the dispatch depends on the receipt of payment.

Please note that no address changes can be made after dispatch.

Delivery Duration:
Shipping is handled by DHL or DPD and usually takes 1–2 business days. DHL Express delivers within one business day (Monday to Friday only).
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

On the day of shipment, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, which becomes active a few hours later.

Mixed Orders:
If your order contains items with different delivery times, we ship everything together once all items are ready for dispatch. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. If you would like a partial delivery, please contact our customer service.

🌍 Delivery Times & Information for International Orders

Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping service and destination address. When logged in, delivery times are automatically shown for your address. If you are not logged in, standard delivery times for Germany are displayed.
Please note that shipments outside the EU usually have a longer transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. You can check the shipment status on your carrier’s website at any time. The exact delivery date – especially for shipments outside the EU – depends on the shipping carrier and possibly regional logistics partners.

Orders from Switzerland and Non-EU Countries

All prices displayed in our online shop include German VAT. For countries outside the European Union, only the net price is charged. After registration and login, net prices are displayed automatically for non-EU orders.

🇨🇭 Swiss Customs Regulations

Every shipment from abroad to Switzerland is subject to customs duties and VAT. In postal traffic, the recipient is considered the importer and must pay the applicable amounts directly to Swiss Post (import tax and customs clearance fee). 💰 VAT Refund

After export to a non-EU country, the VAT can be refunded. Please send the original export documents stamped by customs to us by post. A processing fee of €25 applies.
