Did you receive a team code from your club?
Here’s what to do next:
- Log in to your customer account (if you don’t have one yet, please create an account first).
- Enter the team code in your address details (billing address).
- Send us a short message via email or the contact form.
- We will activate the team prices in your customer account and confirm this by email. From that point on, the team prices will be displayed automatically in the shop whenever you are logged in.
The team code is not a voucher/discount code used during checkout!

Our team program is designed not only for the baseball club itself when ordering club equipment, but also for individual players as well as parents and members.
Everyone in the club can purchase their own baseball equipment at the team prices.
TEAM DISCOUNT ON EVERY ORDER
Our special prices apply without any minimum order value and therefore to every order. Whether the team is buying new training equipment, or you as a shortstop need new socks or the latest Wilson A2K baseball glove — the discounts apply to every order!
TEAM SHOP WITHIN THE STORE
We are happy to set up your own shop category, where all items in your team colors are collected. This makes it easy to find the matching belt, the right socks, and a color-coordinated baseball bag.
NO GROUP ORDERS, NO TEAM BUYER REQUIRED
The team code can be added to the club’s own customer account to order team equipment, but it can also be used by each individual player. This eliminates the hassle of collecting, organizing, and splitting group orders! Everyone can order what they want, whenever they want.

ENTERING THE TEAM CODE
As soon as you have received the team code from us, it can be used by all members, players, parents, and of course the club itself to shop at the team prices in our online store. ENTER THE TEAM CODE IN YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

ACTIVATE THE TEAM CODE
After you have entered the team code, it must be activated by us once.
To do this, go to MY ACCOUNT in your customer account. Then, under My Personal Data, click the ACTIVATE CODE link in the Team Code line.
Please note that activation may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email as soon as the team code is active.

SHOP AT TEAM PRICES
Once the activation is complete, the team code will be displayed in green and the team prices will appear directly in the online store.
