If you don't like a product or it doesn't fit, you can return it.
In this case, please return the article to us in its original packaging. Enclose the completed return form with the shipment. You have received this by email together with the invoice.
Please choose:
a) directly place a new order and note the desired exchange. After receiving the return, we will prepare the exchange and send you the new item. If it is more expensive (than the returned item), you will receive a new order confirmation with the payment information. If the new article is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
b) indicate that you wish to be reimbursed. We will reimburse the purchase price after receiving the returned item on the way of payment.

Tip: If you need the replacement delivery quickly, send the return to us for a refund and reorder the desired article in the online shop.

A refund of VAT is possible. Please send the original invoice (stamped by customs) to our company. Please not the we charge a handling fee of 25.- Euro.

We offer our customers the right to return and exchange items for one month.

You have received the returns form as an attachment to the invoice by email (Returns form.pdf). Please always include our returns form with your return shipment. This is the only way to ensure that the return can be processed quickly.

You have to pay the shipping costs for the retoure.

If you received defective items upon delivery or a defect has occurred within the legal warranty period, please contact our service team first.

If you have not paid with one of the above mentioned payment methods, you can request a free return label via our returns portal in the following cases:

Defective goods on delivery
Defective goods within the legal warranty period
Delivery of a wrong article

For returns from abroad, the costs will be taken over individually after prior arrangement by telephone.

Important note about Woodbats: When using wooden baseball bats, always make sure to keep the bat in the correct position and handle the sports equipment with care to avoid damage or breakage. However, wood is a natural material and no specific durability can be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding that warranty or guarantee claims for wooden bats are therefore excluded.

Please package the goods for return shipment carefully so that they are not damaged in transit and retain the receipt for the package until the refund or exchange is complete. Costs for carriage forward returns can be charged.

The cost of return shipment from abroad shall be borne by the buyer.

VAT refund
The refund of VAT after export to a third country is possible. We need the original export documents stamped by customs back by mail. The handling fee for the refund is 25.- Euro.
